Meaning that no matter how much I may hang out with someone, no matter how much I may be getting closer to them, no matter how many times I see them- I am not you.

You will always be you, to them. You will never lose that special place in their heart. There is nothing I could ever do to make them forget the impact you’ve made on them. I am not you.

Nor do I want to be you. Not to say you are a bad person, but more so because I am me. I know what I have done for that person, the lasting impression I have made in their life. I am me, you are you.

Never be jealous or envious. There is no reason to be. You are you, and you are a good person, overall. Flawed, I’m sure. But not worthless. Do not be depressed, you have worth- And it is great beyond believable measure.
